Workshops Information
Specific Information on each workshop will come from the Contact Person. These are my particulars which may vary between different workshop organizations.
Tuition Fee: Tuition includes daily instruction, the welcome party and lectures. It does not include airfare, meals, lodging or art supplies.
Deposit: A $100.00 deposit is required to hold your place in a workshop which is deducted from the tuition fee. Balance is due one month before the workshop.
Refunds: All deposits less 50% handling fee, are refundable 30 days prior to the start of the workshop. No refunds can be given less than 30 days notice. No refunds can be given for no-shows or withdrawals after a workshop has begun.
Cancellation: A workshop will be cancelled only in the unlikely event that there is insufficient enrollment. Students will receive a full refund, but are advised to purchase a refundable airline ticket in case this situation occurs.
Waiting List: Classes usually fill up very quickly, so it is advisable to register as early as possible. If a class is filled, you will be notified immediately by phone on receipt of registration to determine if you wish to be placed on a waiting list.
Confirmation: A detailed information kit will be mailed to you as confirmation of your enrollment.
Art Supplies: The confirmation package will include recommendations on art supplies, easels and supports, travel tips and additional advice to help make the workshop experience enjoyable. Art supplies and travel tips can be found here. A list of additional equipment can be found here.
Lodging: Please call or write directly to contact persons for information on housing, car rentals, etc.
